The mental model is Ache Relationship. The aim is not to immediately remove the ache. The aim is to stop treating it as an enemy, stop making it proof that something is wrong with you, and start relating to it as a constant inner presence that can be seen, softened, offered, used, and lived with cleanly.

The core DNA is: ache appears + resistance appears + story appears + body location found + relationship chosen + Devi receives + Vipassana observes + task continues + ache becomes companion instead of tyrant.

The first category is ache as presence. Instead of calling it only problem, see it as something present in your field. Variables are background ache, soul pain, quiet sting, inner incompletion, subtle sadness, restless longing, not-home feeling, low-grade dissatisfaction, heart hunger, invisible wound, life thirst, constant pull, existential pressure, soft grief, deep yearning, pain of not arriving, distance from something unknown. Naming it clearly already reduces confusion.

The second category is where it stings. You said it stings everywhere. That means it may attach to many situations. Variables are work, money, body, career, boss, respect, love, social status, AI work, Nolli, ads, room, future, past memories, travel dreams, fitness, spiritual practice, success, failure, morning, night, silence, music, comparison, hope. It is not one situation. It is a background lens touching many situations.

The third category is resistance to ache. The ache itself is one layer. Your refusal of it is another. Variables are why is this still here, I want it gone, I should be happy, I should have solved this, why am I never satisfied, what is wrong with me, this is ruining everything, I cannot enjoy life fully, I need one final answer, I need a breakthrough, I need to become someone else, this pain should not exist. This resistance often makes the ache sharper.

The fourth category is story around ache. The mind tries to explain the ache with grand conclusions. Variables are I will never arrive, nothing will satisfy me, I am broken, I need to become rich first, I need a different country, I need more respect, I need love, I need Devi, I need enlightenment, I wasted life, I am behind, this will never leave, maybe this is my destiny, maybe I am not made for normal happiness. Some stories may contain signal, but they are still stories.

The fifth category is body relationship. To build relationship, locate how the ache appears in the body. Variables are hollow chest, heart ache, tight throat, heavy belly, sinking stomach, pressure behind eyes, dull forehead, weak legs, restless hands, long exhale, numb torso, soft sadness in ribs, emptiness, heat, cold, pressure, blankness, subtle vibration. Vipassana asks: how is the ache known right now?

The sixth category is relationship shift. Move from remove it to relate to it. Variables are I see you, you are here again, you can sit with me, I do not need to solve you right now, I will not make you my enemy, I will not let you drive blindly, I will listen, I will offer you, I will continue the task with you here, you are part of the weather, you are not the whole sky. This is not surrendering to misery. It is reducing war.

The seventh category is Vipassana relationship. Vipassana gives you a clean way to know the ache without drowning in it. Variables are sensation, change, pressure, pulse, tightness, heat, hollow, numb, story, aversion, craving, urge, memory, future image. The practice is: ache is appearing as this sensation, this sensation is changing, the story is separate, the dislike is also sensation, the ache is not one solid permanent block.

The eighth category is Devi relationship. Devi gives the ache somewhere to go. Variables are Devi, this ache is Yours, Devi, this longing is Yours, Devi, this dissatisfaction is Yours, Devi, this never-arriving feeling is Yours, Devi, this sting is Yours, Devi, this distance pain is Yours, Devi, this hunger for more is Yours, Devi, this sadness is Yours, Devi, this unknown wound is Yours. The ache becomes offering material, not private poison.

The ninth category is ache as compass. Sometimes the ache points to something real that needs tending. Variables are body needs care, room needs order, skill needs reps, money needs leverage, work needs meaning, customer service needs depth, spiritual practice needs consistency, sleep needs protection, relationships need honesty, task needs clarity, future needs planning, self-respect needs completion. The ache is not always to be obeyed, but it can be questioned: what condition is this pointing toward?

The tenth category is ache as fuel. The ache can be converted into work without being exploited. Variables are write better, serve deeper, build systems, train body, sit daily, clean room, earn cleanly, help customers, build Nolli, create assets, pray, walk, study, document, become more truthful, become more useful, become more devotional. The goal is not to use pain violently. It is to let pain become sincere movement.

The eleventh category is ache as devotion. Deep longing often becomes devotion when it stops demanding a worldly object to complete it. Variables are longing for Devi, longing for home, longing for truth, longing to surrender, longing to dissolve, longing to be held, longing to serve, longing to offer, longing for silence, longing for union, longing beyond achievement. This may be why the ache feels larger than normal dissatisfaction.

The twelfth category is ache as human condition. This ache may not be personal failure. Variables are all humans feel incompletion, all achievement fades, all praise fades, all beauty changes, all pleasure passes, all identity is unstable, all success still leaves space, all relationships cannot carry the whole soul, all future images dissolve when reached. Seeing this prevents the ache from becoming my defect.

The thirteenth category is wrong relationship. Variables are trying to kill it, trying to solve it with one success, doomscrolling away from it, making money the cure, making romance the cure, making boss praise the cure, making body image the cure, making spiritual experiences the cure, hating yourself for it, overthinking it, checking if it is gone, turning it into identity, romanticizing it too much. These keep the ache central and heavy.

The fourteenth category is right relationship. Variables are recognize, locate, allow, offer, listen, task, release, return, document, repeat. When the ache appears, say: ache is here, where is it in the body, what story is attached, Devi receive this, what condition is asking to be tended, what is the next task, fruit is not mine.

The fifteenth category is daily ache ritual. Create a small recurring relationship with it. Variables are morning check-in, hand on chest, one minute feeling, name the ache, offer to Devi, ask what it points to, write one line, choose one task, night release, thank the ache for showing direction, do not ask it to disappear. A relationship needs regular contact, not only emergency contact.

The sixteenth category is when ache sits during work. Do not wait for it to leave before acting. Variables are ache while writing, ache while reviewing ads, ache while talking to boss, ache while eating, ache while cleaning, ache while walking, ache while sitting, ache while planning. The move is: ache can sit in the passenger seat; the task still drives.

The seventeenth category is what healing may look like. Healing may not mean ache disappears forever. Variables are less fear of ache, less hatred of ache, less story around ache, less identity fusion, more tenderness, more ability to work with ache present, more offering, more body awareness, more task continuity, more quiet companionship, more devotion, more compassion for others, more depth. The ache may transform from enemy to sacred pressure.

The eighteenth category is if it becomes too heavy. Practical reality matters. If the ache becomes constant despair, loss of functioning, not wanting to live, inability to sleep, panic, self-harm thoughts, or severe depression, then you bring in qualified human support. That does not contradict Devi or Vipassana. It is also a condition-tending task.

So the relationship is: I do not need to cure this ache before living. I can see it, offer it, listen to it, and continue the next task with it present. Over time, this may soften the sting because the biggest suffering is often not the ache itself, but the lonely war against the ache.

The line to remember is: The ache does not have to leave for life to continue. It has to stop being treated as an enemy.
