The mental model is Life Is An Object Field.
The core DNA is: awareness + many objects appearing + attention moving between objects + mind combining objects into meaning + body giving charge + emotion coloring the field + self-story claiming the field + witness knowing the field. What you call my life is not one solid thing. It is a living mixture of body objects, subtle body objects, mental objects, image objects, emotion objects, urge objects, attention objects, memory objects, future objects, identity objects, and meaning objects arising together.
The first category is gross body objects. I think when you said cross-body objects, you are pointing to the more obvious body-level objects. These are the heavier, louder, easier-to-detect objects. Variables are chest tightness, stomach drop, throat closing, jaw clench, back pain, eye strain, head pressure, shoulder heaviness, neck stiffness, fast heartbeat, hunger, tiredness, sleepiness, body heat, cold hands, breath shortening, spine collapse, face heat, hand restlessness, leg shaking, body ache. These are easy to call me, but really they are body objects appearing in awareness.
The second category is subtle body objects. These are quieter, more granular objects. Variables are micro vibration, tiny pulse, soft pressure, faint tingling, inner shimmer, subtle warmth, subtle coolness, soft contraction, soft expansion, blank patch, numb area, grainy sensation, electric flicker, breath touch, skin buzzing, inner floating, tiny points, wave movement, pulsing edge, subtle flow, barely-there sensation. These objects usually need training because normal attention is too noisy to catch them.
The third category is external sense objects. These are the objects that look like the outer world. Variables are sound of fan, phone vibration, boss voice, screen light, room smell, chair touch, air on skin, keyboard sound, traffic noise, WhatsApp notification, food taste, water temperature, sunlight, door sound, someone's face, text on screen, ad dashboard number, dirty room visual, Nolli render, client message. These seem external, but in direct experience they appear as seen, heard, touched, tasted, smelled, known.
The fourth category is mental word objects. These are thought-sentences. Variables are I am behind, I need to fix this, what if this fails, boss does not respect me, I look ugly, I am improving, this is Devi, this is bad, this is good, I should be better, I need relief, I want escape, I cracked it, I lost it, tomorrow will be hard, I have to win, what will they think, I am not enough, this moment is painful, attention has moved. These are objects made of language. They feel like truth when attention enters them.
The fifth category is image objects. These are inner visuals. Variables are black inner screen, dark space, rising line, falling line, wave image, boss face, future meeting, old embarrassment, south trip memory, airport memory, girl looking at me, body in mirror, money number, Nolli success image, failure scene, death image, Devi image, temple image, childhood image, future rich self, old age image, client approval image. These are not physical things in the room. They are visual objects appearing in the mind-field.
The sixth category is emotion objects. Emotions are not separate from body and thought, but they can be known as objects. Variables are fear, shame, anger, jealousy, sadness, longing, hope, relief, devotion, gratitude, lust, pride, helplessness, resentment, humiliation, excitement, peace, doubt, impatience, love, ache, emptiness, confidence, collapse. Emotion is often a compound object: body charge + thought meaning + felt tone.
The seventh category is urge objects. These are action-pulls. Variables are urge to scroll, urge to eat, urge to message, urge to explain, urge to defend, urge to prove, urge to refresh metrics, urge to ask AI, urge to hide, urge to attack, urge to pray, urge to offer, urge to sit, urge to escape, urge to work, urge to quit, urge to seek validation, urge to sleep, urge to fantasize, urge to control. The urge feels like command, but in awareness it is just another object saying move this way.
The eighth category is attention objects. Attention itself can be watched. Variables are attention on breath, attention on chest, attention on thought, attention on phone, attention on fear, attention on boss, attention on money, attention on Devi, attention wandering, attention returning, attention stuck, attention sharp, attention dull, attention soft, attention harsh, attention captured, attention widened, attention narrowed. This is subtle and important: even the dot is an object known by the sky.
The ninth category is meaning objects. Meaning is the mind combining many objects into one conclusion. Variables are this means I failed, this means I am not respected, this means I am safe, this means I am chosen, this means I am behind, this means Devi is guiding me, this means I should act, this means I should wait, this means I am attractive, this means I am powerless, this means the business is in danger, this means the moment is bad, this means life is opening. Meaning feels invisible because it rides on top of everything.
The tenth category is identity objects. These are the "me" objects. Variables are me as revenue architect, me as devotee, me as product owner, me as failure, me as chosen one, me as ugly, me as handsome, me as behind, me as disciplined, me as victim, me as powerful, me as spiritual, me as witness, me as employee, me as future rich man, me as small child, me as rejected, me as loved. Identity is one of the stickiest objects because the mind says, this is not an object, this is me.
The eleventh category is devotional objects. Even sacred experiences appear as objects. Variables are Devi feeling, surrender, prayer, warmth in heart, tears, faith, doubt in faith, mantra, image of Devi, offering feeling, sacred silence, Shakti sensation, inner bowing, gratitude, protection feeling, field arrangement feeling, dark womb feeling, Her presence, Her absence, longing for Her. These are beautiful objects. The witness knows them too. Devi may be the sacredness of the whole field, but the particular feeling of Devi is still an appearing object.
The twelfth category is compound experience. Most of life is not one object. It is a bundle. For example, boss criticized me may contain sound object, meaning object, chest object, face heat object, thought object, image object, identity object, urge object, emotion object. Ad performance dropped may contain number object, future image, stomach drop, fear, thought saying what now, urge to fix, boss memory, self-story of failure. Pleasant memory may contain airport image, body warmth, nostalgia, desire, thought saying those days were good, ache of wanting it back.
The thirteenth category is life as object composition. Every moment is like a live mix. Variables are one sound + one sensation + one thought + one mood, one image + one desire + one body pull, one memory + one ache + one story, one task + one resistance + one urge, one breath + one silence + one devotional warmth, one pain + one interpretation + one fear, one pleasure + one craving + one future movie. The experience of life is made from these object-combinations.
The fourteenth category is why life feels solid. Life feels solid because objects arise together and fuse. Variables are sensation fuses with thought, thought fuses with emotion, emotion fuses with identity, identity fuses with memory, memory fuses with future, future fuses with urge, urge fuses with action. Then the mind says, this is my life. But when seen carefully, it is not one block. It is many objects dancing very fast.
The fifteenth category is Vipassana view. Vipassana separates the fused bundle back into objects. Variables are fear becomes chest vibration, shame becomes face heat, anger becomes jaw pressure, craving becomes leaning energy, sadness becomes throat heaviness, future worry becomes image plus thought, identity wound becomes sensation plus story, bad moment becomes body object plus interpretation object. The practice is not to destroy life. It is to see what life is made of.
The sixteenth category is witness view. Witness knows the whole object field. Variables are body object known, mental object known, image object known, emotion object known, urge object known, attention object known, identity object known, meaning object known, blankness object known, Devi object known. The witness is not another object inside the mix. It is the knowing in which the mix appears.
So yes, the experience of life is made of all these objects. Not as a philosophy, but directly. What you call my life today may be body fatigue + work pressure + future thought + boss image + money fear + Devi longing + attention movement + task urge + room sound + breath sensation. Tomorrow it may be another combination. The objects change. The field knows.
The line to remember is: Life is not one solid thing happening to me. Life is a changing field of objects appearing in awareness.
